Understanding that many parents face scheduling conflicts or other barriers that make visiting during standard business hours difficult\, the department is introducing Support Saturday: Let Us Help You. \nThe first Support Saturday: Let Us Help You event will be held at the Loma Linda office on Saturday\, Aug. 16\, 2025\, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Child Support Representatives will assist parents with a wide range of services in a welcoming environment during this extended-hours event. \nServices include: \n\nMeet one-on-one with Child Support Representatives\nAsk questions and get personalized case information\nEnroll in child support services on-site\nUse computers for quick application assistance\nReceive help with case modifications\, including a review to determine if parents qualify and immediate access to the paperwork needed to get started\n\nParents can complete the application process in 20 minutes or less with the support of department representatives. By offering these services on a Saturday\, Child Support Services seeks to reduce barriers and ensure more parents can engage with and benefit from the help provided. \n  \nLos Servicios de Manutención Infantil del Condado de San Bernardino se comprometen a brindar oportunidades accesibles para que los padres obtengan el apoyo que necesitan.
