DESCRIPTION:The San Bernardino County Probation Department’s Homeless Outreach Unit is hosting Shelter Court\, bringing court services and community organizations directly to unhoused residents in the county. The program helps individuals address outstanding misdemeanor cases\, infractions\, citations\, and past fines or fees. \nChild support representatives will be at the event to engage with the community. They will be available to answer questions about the child support process\, assist parents with enrolling in child support services\, provide information on case modifications\, and support case-specific needs. \n  \nLa Unidad de Asistencia para Personas sin Hogar del Departamento de Libertad Condicional del Condado de San Bernardino está implementando el Tribunal de Refugio\, que ofrece servicios judiciales y organizaciones comunitarias directamente a las personas sin hogar del condado. El programa ayuda a las personas a abordar casos de delitos menores pendientes\, infracciones\, citaciones y multas o cargos anteriores. \nRepresentantes de manutención infantil estarán presentes en el evento para interactuar con la comunidad.
