The San Bernardino Court Family Law Facilitator (FLF) has free services to help the public with common legal issues and cases involving the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS).

The FLF assists customers to understand the child support process. Services include explaining court documents, filling out forms, and help with service and filing documents in court. The FLF can also help parents review to see if a change in the order (modification) is appropriate. They also can answer questions about how to present a case in court. For more information on services, visit https://www.sb-court.org/self-help/child-support/family-law-facilitator.

The Court has provided the Direct Access to Self Help (DASH) online portal for customers to download forms, scan in completed forms and have them reviewed by Facilitator staff. The DASH portal also provides access to educational materials, samples of forms and help with court procedures. Interactive chat is also available through the DASH portal between the hours of 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The DASH portal can be accessed by scanning the QR code below or on the web at https://dash.sb-court.org.

The Court also has an online portal, Forms Assistant Program, which walks parents through the forms needed to change an existing order for child support, spousal support or custody/visitation. The program completes the required forms and allows for a review prior to printing and filing. The forms assistant tool may be accessed by scanning the QR code below or on the web at https://www.sb-court.org/family-law-forms-assistant-program.
