The Department of Child Support Services is pleased to announce the new DCSS website is now live. With this website redesign, we aim to make our services accessible, educate the public on the child support process, and highlight what community events/resources are happening in our community. The website combines the feel and vibrancy of our previous site with the countywide branding, creating an overall clean, ADA-compliant website. The redesign makes it simple to open a case with our department, make a payment on your case, or receive assistance by speaking directly with one of our child support specialists. We’ve added a news page that houses informative content, articles, and resources. Our website now comes with a navigation bar to help residents get access to services, and a county-wide directory of all departments in our county. The URL for our site has been changed to childsupport.sbcounty.gov with sbchildsupport.com continuing to be our alternative URL. We are continuously striving to make the child support experience a positive experience for everyone.
