The San Bernardino County Child Support Court location is moving to the Historic Courthouse effective Tuesday, September 6, 2022. The location change affects only cases administered by the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS). The new location address is 351 N. Arrowhead Ave., San Bernardino, CA 92415. As of the September 6, 2022, child support matters will be heard in Departments 49 and 51 on the third floor. Both DCSS and the Family Law Facilitator’s Office (FLF) will be relocated to the Historic Courthouse.

DCSS is relocating to rooms 301-303 of the third floor of the Historic Courthouse. Parties with upcoming hearing dates are still required by law to “meet and confer” with DCSS prior to their court date.  However, space will be limited at the Historic Courthouse, which could mean a long day in court for participants. DCSS will provide participants the opportunity to meet and confer during the weeks before the court date to avoid delays on the day of the hearing. DCSS encourages participants to take advantage of early “meet and confer” options, which will include in-person or virtual appointments. For more information on the “meet and confer” process, please visit the DCSS website or click here to set up a walk-in, phone or virtual appointment.

The FLF will be consolidated with the Self-Help Resource Center located on the ground floor of the Historic Courthouse Annex effective August 22, 2022. Their hours of operation will be Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For information on FLF’s relocation and services, please visit their website at www.sb-court.org/self-help or click the QR code.
