Beginning Nov. 10, 2025, families in San Bernardino County can meet with a child support representative online at certain Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) offices. This means customers don’t have to travel far to get help.
The service will be available at TAD offices in:
- Twentynine Palms
- Barstow
- Yucca Valley
- Needles
- Adelanto
At these locations, customers can talk to a child support representative face-to-face using a webcam.
This program makes it easier for families to get support. By using TAD offices and online technology, the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) is bringing help closer to where people live. It saves time while still giving the same level of service.
