On Wednesday, March 05, 2025, San Bernardino County Public Defender Mobile Defense Unit is offering free legal assistance in the Lucerne Valley community.

Mobile Defense Unit will provide valuable information regarding:

  • Record clearing
  • Expungements
  • Request to clear bench warrants
  • Modifying misdemeanor summary probation
  • Resolution of outstanding fees

Child Support Services will be at the event providing valuable information regarding:

  • Opening a child support case
  • Modification to existing cases
  • Debt reduction options
  • Answers to case-specific questions

Additionally, community partners will be present to offer a variety of essential resources to support you and your family.

El miércoles 5 de marzo de 2025, la Unidad Móvil de Defensa del Defensor Público del Condado de San Bernardino ofrecerá asistencia legal gratuita en la comunidad de Lucerne Valley.

La Unidad Móvil de Defensa brindará información valiosa sobre:

  • Limpieza de antecedentes
  • Eliminación de antecedentes penales
  • Solicitud de eliminación de órdenes de arresto
  • Modificación sumaría de libertad condicional por delito menor
  • Resolución de tarifas pendientes

Los Servicios de Manutención de infantil estarán en el evento brindando información valiosa sobre:

  • Apertura de un caso de manutención de infantil
  • Modificación de casos existentes
