REDLANDS, Calif. — On February 23, 2024, Child Support Services (DCSS) participated in the Redlands Chamber of Commerce Job Fair. At the event, a DCSS representative was shared county employment opportunities and answered case specific inquiries. DCSS representatives are passionate about meeting customers in the community and assisting with Child Support Services matters.
One of the unique services offered at the job fair was our License Release Program, which is designed to assist parents whose licenses have been suspended for non-payment of child support. DCSS representatives attend local job fairs to help parents streamline the process of getting hired by employers also in attendance. Parents can meet with DCSS representatives to resolve the suspension, allowing them to gain employment quickly, as well as reestablish communication with their case worker.
Parents who are facing a license suspension are encouraged to contact their caseworker to discuss available options.
